No! we strictly forbid any liquid to be taken on to any of our inflatables, they can cause the inflatables to become sticky, stained and/or mouldy, not to mention slippery which poses some health and safety risks.

To check the availability of an inflatable, follow these steps:

1. Visit our website and navigate to the "Choose Inflatable" section.

2. Select the inflatable you are interested in renting.

3. This selection will take you to our booking calendar, where you can see if the inflatable is available on your desired date. For event hire or any specific inquiries, please get in touch with us directly at info@bounceready.com. Our team will be happy to assist you with your booking and any additional questions you may have.

We monitor the weather very closely using the MetOffice website, you will be contacted before 07:00am on the day of your booking with our decision to either proceed or cancel your booking. If we do have to unfortunately cancel your booking, you will be given the opportunity to re-book with within 6 months of the last booking date. Law states inflatables are not to be used in wind speeds of 24mph or more, this is non negotiable and we can not change this, it is strictly to maintain the safety of users at all times. We may also cancel if there is very heavy rain, light rain is usually ok as our inflatables all have built in shower covers. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns, we will always try our best to accommodate you, and help to find a solution!

Unfortunately no you can not, this is due to us not being able to secure the inflatable to the ground.

While some of our inflatables are suitable for all ages, some are height or age restricted, this information can be found when you click on the inflatable you would like to book or alternatively you can contact us at info@bounceready.com for any further queries.

All space requirements can be found once you have clicked on the inflatable you would like to hire, this includes Height, Width and Length.

It varies with each booking depending on how many inflatables there are and Access from the inflatable to delivery/collection Vehicle, we always ask you book delivery and collection an hour before and after your event to allow ample time to set up and pack down.
